Today we all 3 signed up for the womans sportscare biathlon. Tessa and I will be doing both the bike and walk/run, Jenay will only be doing the 5K. She has never been able to learn how to ride a bike. I don't know why and in the long run it really doesn't matter as long as she is happy with the choice she made, to quit trying to ride her bike.

We also drove the 20k bike route again today. we counted miles turns and hills. The bad news for me is there are 9 pretty intense hills and 3 of them are back to back. God help me but next week we will be on West Washington practicing hills, We will have to do this even if the weather is extremely hot and humid. Thank goodness when we drive across town we will be able to use my van as a stopping and watering point. There is nothing on this side of town to compare with what we need to practice on. School starts next month for all of us and this will make us have several long days until the biathlon is over.

Who knows what next year will bring but school always come first.
